DESCRIPTION

This DTC is stored when a door control transmitter assembly with a different vehicle serial number is inserted into the ignition key cylinder.

PROCEDURE

1.

CLEAR DTC

(a) Clear the DTCs.

Body Electrical > Immobiliser > Clear DTCs

NEXT

2.	CHECK FOR DTC

(a) Perform "DTC Output Confirmation Operation" procedure.

(b) Check for DTCs.

Body Electrical > Immobiliser > Trouble Codes

HINT:

If DTC B2795 is stored, check for DTCs with the next door control transmitter assembly after clearing the DTCs.

OK:

DTC B2795 is not output.

3.	CHECK OPERATION (IG ON)

(a) Check that the ignition switch can be turned to ON using the door control transmitter assembly for which the DTC was stored.

REPLACE DOOR CONTROL TRANSMITTER ASSEMBLY THAT DTC IS OUTPUT

4.	REREGISTRATION

(a) Clear the DTCs.

Body Electrical > Immobiliser > Clear DTCs

(b) Reregister the key ID code with the transponder key ECU assembly.

OK:

Registration procedure can be completed.
