Check that the meter / gauge system is operating normally

When the safe exit assist system is operating, the outer rear view mirror indicator illuminates and a notification is displayed on the multi-information display, but the buzzer does not sound

Check meter buzzer operation

Even though the outer rear view mirror indicator is illuminated when the vehicle is stopped, the outer rear view mirror indicator does not flash, a notification is not displayed on the multi-display and the buzzer does not sound when a door is opened

Check that the door courtesy switch of each door is not stuck (If stuck, refer to the problem symptoms table of lighting system (interior))

Even though the vehicle is stopped and all doors are closed, the outer rear view mirror indicator flashes, a notification is displayed on the multi-display and the buzzer sounds

Check that the door courtesy switch of each door is not stuck (If stuck, refer to the problem symptoms table of lighting system (interior))

When a door open operation is canceled by the safe exit assist system, even though the outer rear view mirror indicator flashes, a notification is displayed on the multi-display and the buzzer sounds, an audio notification is not output.

Check that the navigation system is operating normally (audio notification volume setting is appropriate, multimedia ACC customize setting is off)

Check the unlatch cancel operation with IGR ON

Check the audio notification within 1 minute after IGR is set to OFF

Check that audio notification is performed between 90 seconds and 150 seconds after IGR is set to OFF
