INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH (w/o Stereo Component Amplifier)

(a) With the front No. 2 speaker assembly LH installed, check that there is no looseness or other abnormalities.

(b) Check that there is no foreign matter in the front No. 2 speaker assembly LH, no tears on the front No. 2 speaker assembly LH cone or other abnormalities.

(c) Measure the resistance of the front No. 2 speaker assembly LH. Standard Resistance: Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition I77-4 (TWL+) - I77-2 (TWL-) Always 10 kΩ or higher I77-1 (-) - I77-2 (TWL-) Always Below 1 Ω I77-3 (+) - I77-4 (TWL+) Always Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the front No. 2 speaker assembly LH.

*a Component without harness connected (Front No. 2 Speaker Assembly LH)

2. INSPECT FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH (w/o Stereo Component Amplifier)

(a) With the front No. 2 speaker assembly RH installed, check that there is no looseness or other abnormalities.

(b) Check that there is no foreign matter in the front No. 2 speaker assembly RH, no tears on the front No. 2 speaker assembly RH cone or other abnormalities.

(c) Measure the resistance of the front No. 2 speaker assembly RH. Standard Resistance: Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition I76-4 (TWR+) - I76-2 (TWR-) Always 10 kΩ or higher I76-1 (-) - I76-2 (TWR-) Always Below 1 Ω I76-3 (+) - I76-4 (TWR+) Always Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the front No. 2 speaker assembly RH.

3. INSPECT FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Stereo Component Amplifier)

(a) With the front No. 2 speaker assembly LH installed, check that there is no looseness or other abnormalities.

(b) Check that there is no foreign matter in the front No. 2 speaker assembly LH, no tears on the front No. 2 speaker assembly LH cone or other abnormalities.

(c) Measure the resistance of the front No. 2 speaker assembly LH. Standard Resistance: Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition I238-1 - I238-2 Always 2.8 to 3.8 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the front No. 2 speaker assembly LH.

4. INSPECT FRONT NO. 2 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Stereo Component Amplifier)

(a) With the front No. 2 speaker assembly RH installed, check that there is no looseness or other abnormalities.

(b) Check that there is no foreign matter in the front No. 2 speaker assembly RH, no tears on the front No. 2 speaker assembly RH cone or other abnormalities.

(c) Measure the resistance of the front No. 2 speaker assembly RH. Standard Resistance: Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition I237-1 - I237-2 Always 2.8 to 3.8 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the front No. 2 speaker assembly RH.
