MONITOR DESCRIPTION
This DTC indicates an open or short to ground in the shift solenoid valve SL1 circuit. If there is an open or short to ground in the shift solenoid valve SL1 circuit, the TCM detects the malfunction, illuminates the MIL and stores this DTC.

INSPECT TRANSMISSION WIRE (SHIFT SOLENOID VALVE SL1) |
(a) Disconnect the transmission wire connector. |

(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance:
