(a) Inspect operation of the door control transmitter sub-assembly. (1) Remove the transmitter battery from the door control transmitter sub-assembly.

(2) Install a new or non-depleted transmitter battery.
DESCRIPTION The ECM and hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly send and receive signals via CAN communication.
If a communication error occurs between the ECM and hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly, the ECM illuminates the MIL and stores this DTC.
