1. INSPECT HEADLIGHT RELAY LH (a) Check the operation of the headlight relay LH.
(1) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Starting the engine
1. Check that the parking brake
is set.
2. Check that the shift lever is in
P.
Do not press the shift lever button
after shifting the shit position to P.
3. Firmly depress the brake
pedal.
4. Turn the engine switch to
START to start the engine.
